About the Venue:

Set in beautiful countryside near Tewkesbury, Ledbury and Malvern, Birtsmorton Court is a privately owned country estate hosting around 100 weddings each year. Our vibrant venue sits alongside seven holiday cottages in a well-established setting.

Your Role:

As one of our Wedding Co-Ordinators, you will be the cornerstone of a couple's wedding journey. This varied and rewarding role combines sales, organisation and on-the-day hosting. While experience in event or wedding co-ordination is preferred, candidates with a strong background in customer service or B2C industries are encouraged to apply.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
  • On-Target Earnings: £30,000 - £34,000, with full training and support to help you reach your goals
  • Structured working pattern (predominantly Tuesday - Saturday) with Christmas shut down.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to venue enquiries and hosting viewings
  • Building lasting relationships with couples, guiding them through the planning process and ensuring their needs are met
  • Co-ordinating all wedding day details, from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up
  • Managing bookings, invoices, and event records
  • Assisting with the day-to-day management of holiday rental properties
  • Engaging with social media to promote the venue
  • Overseeing stock control for venue supplies, including bar, tea, coffee, and other essentials

About you:

  • Experience in event planning, wedding co-ordination or a similar customer centric role
  • Genuine passion for weddings and delivering exceptional service
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • A team player who thrives in a busy, goal-oriented environment
  • Emotionally intelligent, able to connect with couples and colleagues alike
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on solutions

Additional Information:

  • This is a full-time role
  • Own transport is required due to our rural location
