Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, the Customer Services Representative is responsible for Order Entry and processing Customers Orders for Parts, Supplies and Accessories. The Customer Services Team is responsible for on time delivery of Customers Consumable Orders. This position has a high impact on Videojet's success, ensuring our Customers receive accurate on time deliveries.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Responsible for accurate and timely sales order entry.
  • Coordinates and manages scheduled shipments.
  • Prepares and provides quotes via telephone and email.
  • Processes purchase orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Handles invoice queries and issues credit notes as required.
  • Responds to price queries and provides relevant information.
  • Manages MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) queries.
  • Creates customer contracts and ensures accuracy of details.
  • Oversees contract billing and maintains up-to-date records.
  • Updates visual management tools to reflect performance and results.
