This is a fantastic opportunity to join the friendly, high-performing team at Northwood Warrington, part of a national network of over 400 branches. We are specialists in Sales, Lettings and Guaranteed Rent, and due to growth, we are now looking for an experienced lettings professional to join our expanding team.

You will play a key role in supporting and growing our lettings portfolio across Warrington and the surrounding areas. The right candidate will become an integral member of the business, with long-term opportunities to develop and progress.

The Ideal Candidate

  • An experienced Lettings Apprentice / Consultant ready for a new challenge.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a lettings role (essential).
  • Excellent customer service with a friendly, professional manner.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and driven to help grow the business.
  • Up-to-date lettings legislation knowledge.(Not Essential)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Local area knowledge of Warrington and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing tenant applications and referencing.
  • Coordinating property maintenance and reporting repairs to landlords.
  • Completing property inspections, check-ins and check-outs.
  • Supporting customers throughout their journey to ensure smooth transitions between departments.
  • Working closely with the Branch Manager to uphold service standards and maximise business opportunities.

Working Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm

(30-minute unpaid lunch break)

  • 1 in 4 Saturdays: 10:00am – 12:30pm
