Our food projects focus on improving the life chances of people facing the challenges of poverty. The surpluses we make from our catering and retail are re invested to help achieve our objectives and improve people's lives.

Our kitchen is busy with the running of cookery classes, community meals, lunch deliveries and events, we are looking for a Kitchen Porter to help out as and when required.

As a Kitchen Porter, you'll play a vital part in supporting our kitchen team -

  • Washing up and keeping all kitchen equipment clean and ready for use
  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness across our kitchen
  • Assisting with basic cleaning and waste management tasks
  • Supporting our Chefs with duties as needed

What We're Looking For

  • A team player with a positive attitude
  • Someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe environment
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team setting
  • Previous experience in a kitchen is helpful, but not essential — training will be given

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
