Purpose Of Role
To be an integral member of the Accounts team supporting the Accounts supervisors with training new team members on the tasks listed below whilst maintaining a full suite of process notes to support new colleagues

Main Training Areas
- Processing incoming cheques
- Processing client and disbursement payments
- Clearing client balances
- Aged debt analysis and credit control
- Balancing ledgers at final billing stage
- Updating spreadsheets
- Dealing with fee earner queries on accounts helpdesk/inbox
- Closing client matters
- Posting profit costs bills
- Bank reconciliations
- Complying with Solicitors Regulatory Authority Rules
- Other accounts admin jobs as required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Legal Cashier experience
- Training or legal cashier management experience
- Working with a case management system
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Strong Excel/Microsoft skills
