What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, maintenance, and improvements.
  • Ensure systems' availability, performance, and security meet the highest standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated support issues with professionalism and care.
  • Work closely with colleagues and end users to deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Document systems and procedures in line with IT Services policies and best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, systems, and team performance.
  • Occasionally support operations outside normal working hours when required.
