Enterprise Account Manager, you are driving digital transformations through effective engagement with C-level executives, business development executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses. You are establishing Amazon Web Services as the key cloud technology provider across the strategic accounts you manage, promoting the entire AWS products and services portfolio to Finance Enterprise Customers.

Key job responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive engagement strategies for strategic financial service accounts, focusing on holistic AWS product portfolio adoption
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with C-suite executives, IT leaders, and key stakeholders across multiple business lines
- Design and execute sophisticated go-to-market plans that demonstrate AWS's unique value proposition
- Analyse complex customer environments to recommend tailored cloud transformation approaches
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless customer success and long-term partnership

- Experience in direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives
- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives, demonstrating a strong familiarity with decision-making processes in enterprise customers
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- Experience of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
- Strong understanding of technology solutions for enterprise environments

- Experience influencing innovation through a partner ecosystem with either solutions or programs that have demonstrated success at enterprise customers
- Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or equivalent
- Experience using customer insights and data to deeply understand target customers and dive deep
- Background in financial services technology transformation
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in financial technology
