Labourer/Cleaner

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Labourer/cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.

Duties

• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance tasks around the site to ensure cleanliness and organisation.
• Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed.
• Operate basic machinery such as brush cutters and tools safely and effectively.
• Follow all health and safety regulations while on-site.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project requirements are met.

Skills

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate clear communication.
• Ability to drive and operate various vehicles as required for site tasks.
• Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Capability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated when required.
