Production Operative (Night Shift)

Location: Frome, Somerset 22:00-06:00

Salary: £13.25 an hour

You'll work in a clean, fast-paced environment, ensuring that products are produced to the highest quality and meet all production targets.

In this role, you'll be responsible for operating machinery, monitoring production lines, carrying out quality checks, and maintaining a safe and tidy workspace. You'll follow clear procedures and work closely with your team to meet deadlines and maintain high production standards.

This role would suit a dependable and detail-focused individual who enjoys practical work, thrives in a team environment, and is happy working night shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Carry out visual and manual quality checks and complete basic documentation.
  • Work to production targets while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

The Successful Candidate will be:

  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working night shifts (22:00–06:00).
  • Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Previous experience in food or manufacturing environments is an advantage but not essential — full training provided.

This is a full-time, permanent night shift position with opportunities for training and career progression.
