Pharmacy Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Supervisor to join our friendly and growing pharmacy team in Golborne. Our branch is becoming busier each month, and we're looking for someone who can help support the smooth and efficient running of the pharmacy alongside our Pharmacist Manager.

About the Role

As Pharmacy Supervisor, you will play a key role in the day-to-day administration and coordination of the branch. You will ensure that the pharmacy operates efficiently, customers receive excellent service, and the team is well supported.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Pharmacist Manager with the daily running of the pharmacy
• Overseeing dispensary operations and supporting staff workflow
• Managing stock control and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations
• Providing excellent customer service and advice
• Handling administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records

About You

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and takes pride in maintaining high professional standards.

Essential requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a pharmacy setting
• Ideally qualified to Pharmacy Technician (NVQ3) level, although NVQ2 qualified candidates will also be considered
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail
