We're a fast-growing personalised gifts company looking for a creative, energetic Content Studio Assistant to join our team. You'll work closely with our graphic designers, videographers, and marketing team to produce engaging, aesthetic social content that showcases our products across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and beyond.

This is an in-person role based in Paisley, ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves being part of a busy creative environment, and has a flair for bringing ideas to life on camera.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating scroll-stopping social media content – photography, video, lives, behind-the-scenes clips, lifestyle shots, product storytelling, etc.
  • Bringing creative flair and fresh ideas to shoots and planning sessions.
  • Helping shape the creative direction and styling of campaigns.
  • Capturing high-quality imagery and video in our content studio.
  • Writing briefs for editors and collaborating with designers and videographers.
  • Being confident in front of the camera for TikTok, Reels, product demos, and UGC-style content.
  • Keeping on top of trends, emerging formats, sounds, and platform changes.
  • Tracking performance using analytics and helping optimise content for growth.
  • Assisting with organising UGC creators/influencers for TikTok campaigns.
  • Supporting small amounts of customer service when needed (in person).

What We're Looking For

  • A strong eye for aesthetically pleasing content and good visual judgment.
  • Someone genuinely passionate about TikTok, Instagram Reels, viral formats, and storytelling.
  • Creative, energetic, and confident—happy to ideate, experiment, and try new things.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Confident on camera
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with photography/videography tools is a bonus, but not essential if you're a fast learner.
  • Social-media-savvy with a natural understanding of what "works" online.
