What you'll do

Delivering cybersecurity services to over 1.9million customers across 23 countries, Vodafone Business Cybersecurity is a strategic and fast-evolving function within Vodafone Business. It is focused on delivering enterprise-grade cybersecurity to organisations that lack the resources to keep pace with today's threat landscape. As part of a growing team, you'll help lead the development of our security portfolio.

Vodafone Business Cybersecurity is entering a pivotal phase of accelerated growth, transforming into a strategic enabler of digital resilience and innovation. We are seeking a visionary portfolio/product leader to define and drive the next chapter of our growth strategy—where cybersecurity becomes an accelerator for everything we do.

In this leadership role, you will shape the future of our cybersecurity portfolio, integrating strategic foresight with execution excellence. You will lead the design and delivery of scalable, customer-centric solutions that simplify security for businesses of all sizes. This is a unique opportunity to architect the evolution of our managed security services, security operations platforms, and digital customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the evolution of our cybersecurity portfolio growth strategy, including managed security services (MSS), professional services, and secure-by-design solutions.
  • Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable product roadmaps and execution plans.
  • Design and align operating models and business plans with target markets and segments.
  • Collaborate with internal cyber teams and strategic vendor partners to strengthen Vodafone portfolio coverage.
  • Define and deliver market-leading SLAs and value propositions aligned with our mission to "Simplify Security for Businesses of All Sizes."
  • Support financial planning, prioritisation, and portfolio governance.
  • Cyber Assessment Services: Employee awareness, resilience, and vulnerability diagnostics.
  • Managed Security Services: Monitoring, incident response, and scalable deployment.
  • Professional Services: Risk assessments, penetration testing, and phishing simulations.
  • Product Strategy: Define a differentiated and disruptive product strategy. Lead strategic planning with a market and segment perspective. Own budget and resourcing planning.
  • Business Plan and Model: Design and align the operating model, principles, and execution of the plan with target markets/segments. Identify and implement ways to accelerate performance.
  • Customer Success – Revenue: Drive GTM alignment, customer feedback, customer case studies, and revenue growth.
  • Internal & External Communications: Act as a thought leader internally and externally for cybersecurity and your portfolio/product area. Ensure that the stakeholder map and communications plan is current and executed against.
Who you are

Core Competencies, Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience in a similar role within the Telco or IT industry desirable.
  • Track record in defining cybersecurity strategy and execution plans
  • Experience as the Product Management Leader MSS/SOC.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity trends, threat landscapes, and customer needs.
  • Commercial acumen with ability to assess investment value and ROI.
  • Excellent communicator – clear, precise written and verbal communication style. Facilitation skills a plus.
  • Experience in strategy or management consulting.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment, in an influential position. Build strong relationships with peers and stakeholders.
  • External thought leader.
  • Demonstrate ability to work without close supervision. Acts as an accessible reference point for knowledge and expertise.
  • A problem solver, able to identify root causes and make decisions and implement.

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience of successful complex projects and programmes to meet business expectations and deliver results.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills, along with the personal tenacity and the ability to drive through to conclusion in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and time management.
  • Strong cross-functional working capabilities.
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
