Role Purpose
The BI Developer / Analyst will design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that enable both internal teams and customers to make proactive, data-driven decisions. This role involves building reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders to monitor operational performance and for customers to track contractual service levels (SLAs). Additionally, the role will deliver advanced analytics-as-a-service dashboards, providing customers with actionable insights into their networks and technology stacks.
The successful candidate will work across the full BI lifecycle, from requirements gathering and data modelling to visualization and deployment, ensuring solutions are accurate, scalable, and user-friendly.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to gather BI requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau.
- Build and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines to ensure reliable and timely data availability.
- Deliver analytics solutions that provide actionable insights for internal performance monitoring and customer-facing service metrics.
- Develop advanced dashboards for analytics-as-a-service offerings, including predictive and trend analysis.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all BI solutions.
- Stay current with BI technologies, data visualization best practices, and emerging trends to continuously improve solutions.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to team members on BI tools and practices.
- Maintain accurate documentation for BI solutions and processes.
Required Experience
- Proven experience in BI development and data analytics, including dashboard and report creation.
- Strong proficiency with Tableau and SQL for data querying.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and integration of multiple data sources.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Data 360
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and present insights in a clear, actionable format.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, SLA monitoring, and performance metrics.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in Agile environments.

- Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning integration into BI solutions.
- Knowledge of telecom networks, network monitoring systems, or NOC operations.
