岗位定位:

负责渠道项目的落地执行与过程管理,是确保渠道活动高效推进、目标达成的关键角色。

核心职责:

渠道项目推进: 全面负责渠道项目的落地执行,从策划、启动、执行到复盘,全程监控进度与质量。

跨部门协调: 主动协调内部资源,解决渠道项目执行过程中的障碍,确保项目时效。

渠道行为督导: 监督渠道商的营销与销售行为,确保其符合公司规范;收集渠道反馈,推动解决共性问题和风险。

效果评估与反馈: 输出渠道项目分析报告,评估活动ROI与渠道效能,为渠道策略优化和资源投放提供决策依据。

任职要求:

具备2年以上渠道管理、销售运营或项目管理相关经验。

出色的沟通、协调和推动能力,能有效管理和影响渠道伙伴。

结果导向,具备良好的抗压能力和解决问题的能力。

熟悉渠道运营模式及基本的绩效考核体系。Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Channel Operations Supervisor to ensure the effective execution and management of our channel projects.

This role is critical in driving the successful implementation of channel initiatives, ensuring cross-functional collaboration, and optimizing partner performance to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Project Execution:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of channel projects — from planning, launch, and execution to post-project evaluation — ensuring quality and timeliness at every stage.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination:

Collaborate with internal teams to secure resources, solve operational challenges, and guarantee smooth project delivery.

  • Channel Performance Supervision:

Monitor and guide channel partners' sales and marketing activities to ensure compliance with company standards; gather feedback and address recurring issues or risks.

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Produce analytical reports to assess project ROI, channel effectiveness, and operational efficiency; provide insights for continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in channel management, sales operations, or project management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and pressure-handling abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Familiar with channel operations models, partner incentive structures, and performance evaluation systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,420.00-£41,884.40 per year
