Role: Project Manager (Integrator Support) – Group Data Warehouse Transformation
BU/Segment: Banking / Analytics
Location:   Halifax, United Kingdom (Hybrid working)
Employment Type: Umbrella Contract (Inside IR35) to start ASAP

Summary of the role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale Group Data Warehouse (GDW) Transformation programme.

This role is critical to managing complex dependencies, ensuring cross-team collaboration, and driving effective programme governance across multiple business and technology functions.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in managing data transformation initiatives, with a focus on delivery governance, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder engagement.

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

•    Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring dependencies, milestones, and risks are effectively tracked and resolved.

•    Drive Agile ways of working and maintain delivery governance using JIRA / JIRA Align.

•    Coordinate across multiple teams (data, risk, finance, technology) to align timelines and priorities.

•    Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across teams and senior leadership.

•    Oversee RAID management, reporting, and communication to ensure transparency and accountability.

•    Provide structure and clarity to programme activities and ensure delivery readiness across streams.

Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:

• years of experience in Project / Programme Management, preferably in data transformation or migration initiatives.

•    Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.

•    Hands-on experience with JIRA / JIRA Align and Agile delivery models.

•    Good understanding of data warehouse / GDW concepts, data lineage, and data product build processes.

•    Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional dependencies in large transformation programmes.

•    Excellent communication, facilitation, and coordination skills.

Skills and Personal attributes we would like to have:

•    Exposure to cloud data platforms (GCP / AWS / Azure).

•    Experience in banking or financial services programmes.
