Welfare Pharmacy is a leading pharmacy dedicated to providing top-notch healthcare services to our community. We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused Pharmacy Counter Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
  • Receive prescriptions from customers and hand them over to the dispensary team.
  • Handle over-the-counter medication sales and provide information on product usage.
  • Maintain a clean and organized counter area.
  • Process payments accurately and issue receipts.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels of front-of-store merchandise.
  • Assist in creating attractive displays and promotions.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and addressing customer concerns.

Key Requirements:

  • Medicine Counter Assistant course or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and over-the-counter medications.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a retail or pharmacy setting.
