Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to customers via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues across multiple platforms.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network equipment.
  • Configure and manage networking solutions, including VLANs, firewalls, switches, and routers.
  • Set up and maintain Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud services.
  • Assist with Wi-Fi and network security implementations.
  • Perform on-site IT installations, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT support processes, systems, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Provide remote and on-site support for business-critical systems.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Understanding of networking principles, including VLANs, firewalls, switches, routers, and DNS/DHCP.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments.
  • Hands-on experience with PC, laptop, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Knowledge of Wi-Fi deployments, network security, and VPNs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for site visits.
  • UK residents only.
