The Role

As an MET Technician, you'll play a key role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. You'll be responsible for stripping and rebuilding mechanical, electrical, and trim components to the highest standards, ensuring every repair meets manufacturer and industry specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Strip and refit mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) components on vehicles to the highest quality standards.
• Perform four-wheel alignment checks and adjustments in line with manufacturer methods.
• Use appropriate safety and protection equipment to safeguard vehicles during repair stages.
• Work collaboratively with Technicians, Vehicle Damage Assessors, and Production Teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Confidently handle repairs on electric and hybrid vehicles.

About You

• IMI or ATA-qualified MET Technician (or equivalent experience within a Bodyshop environment).
• Strong technical skills and a passion for quality workmanship.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
