As Senior Director, Evidence Generation, you'll lead the scientific strategy behind Phase IIIb/IV trials, real-world evidence programs, and non-interventional studies that influence global healthcare decisions.
Your work will empower regulators, payers, clinicians, and patients with data-driven insights, driving access and adoption of life-changing therapies.
This is a high-impact role where your expertise will guide cross-functional teams, foster external collaborations, and redefine how evidence supports the value of our medicines across the lifecycle.
About the RoleKey Responsibilities
- Lead scientific oversight of Phase IIIb/IV trials and real-world evidence programs across Global Medical Affairs
- Develop study concepts, protocols, and reports aligned with integrated evidence plans
- Deliver impactful, fit-for-purpose evidence solutions with scientific rigor and strategic alignment
- Shape product medical strategy through expert evidence planning and cross-functional collaboration
- Engage with global stakeholders including KOLs, advisory boards, and patient advocacy groups
- Drive partnerships with academic institutes, medical societies, and payer bodies for research collaborations
- Lead and motivate evidence generation sub-team. Foster high-performance culture and talent development within evidence generation teams
- Advanced degree in life sciences or healthcare; MBA or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 10 years' experience in pharma, academic research, or healthcare with focus on evidence generation
- Proven expertise in interventional trial design and real-world evidence methodologies
- Strong understanding of drug development and ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful evidence
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Demonstrated success operating in global matrix environments with strong collaboration and influencing skills
