You will help the team to remove blockers and inefficiencies, and continually seek new ways of working, leading to better outcomes.

- Help people to work together effectively as a team and support collaboration towards the team's goals. Raise issues that impact the health of the team and suggest improvements.
- Work and communicate with Learning & Development, (L&D) Change & Engagement, and Contract Management colleagues to design and deliver training, communications and engagement plans, build strong stakeholder relationships, and track supplier performance (supporting the commercial lead).
- Support creation and running of PBI "community of practice" and contribute to the Home Office Delivery community.
