This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented Corporate M&A Lawyer to join a highly regarded team that advises ambitious, mid-market businesses across London, the South East and nationally.

This award-winning corporate team is recognised for its ability to deliver highly commercial, pragmatic advice to clients ranging from large corporates and AIM-listed businesses to family-owned companies and entrepreneurs. Acting on complex and often cross-border transactions, the team has built a strong reputation for responsiveness, clarity, and commercial acumen.
You will be part of a collaborative, well-resourced group that works closely with other specialist teams including Real Estate, Employment, Private Wealth, and Commercial/IP to provide a full-service offering. The firm prides itself on its collegiate culture, quality of work, and supportive environment that encourages progression and development.
The Role
You will work on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions (share and asset sales/purchases)
- Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
- Shareholder and joint venture arrangements
- Private equity and venture capital investments
- General company law and corporate governance matters
The role offers direct client contact, involvement in business development, and the opportunity to play a key role in high-quality transactions alongside experienced partners and senior associates.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (3+ PQE, although all levels will be considered)
- Solid grounding in corporate transactional work, ideally with experience in M&A
- Strong technical ability combined with a commercial and client-focused approach
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team
