As the UK's leading pub, cider, and beer business, we're home to some of the world's best-loved ciders and beers, and a leading player in the international drinks industry. But there's so much more to HEINEKEN than meets the eye.

Are you ready to shape the next chapter of HEINEKEN's On Trade digital transformation? We're looking for a
Head of Product
to lead our digital product strategy, team and delivery, creating a connected, data-led ecosystem that transforms how we serve, support and empower our customers.

About The Role
As Head of Product, you'll lead a high-performing team of Product Owners to design, deliver and evolve a portfolio of digital products that drive customer satisfaction, colleague enablement, and commercial growth.

You'll define a bold three-year Product Strategy and Vision grounded in customer insight and data, ensuring every product delivers measurable business value. Working cross-functionally with D&T, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Care, you'll build strong alignment across teams to ensure our digital products deliver growth, productivity and future readiness.

You'll also embed consistent, scalable agile ways of working, and coach your team to deliver with pace, purpose and precision. This role calls for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives on creating clarity from complexity and who brings commercial thinking, technical fluency and people leadership together to drive genuine transformation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead, coach and develop Product Owners to deliver a connected portfolio of On Trade products
  • Set and embed a clear, insight-led product strategy and roadmap aligned to business goals
  • Prioritise and govern the product backlog, balancing commercial value with delivery discipline
  • Partner with D&T and commercial teams to drive agile, efficient and scalable delivery
  • Manage dependencies across multiple products and functions, removing blockers quickly
  • Champion product-led change and embed consistent agile ways of working
  • Oversee delivery on key platforms (SAP Commerce, Salesforce) and manage external partners
  • Build product capability through coaching, frameworks and defined career paths
  • Align digital initiatives with eazle and commercial growth targets.
  • Occasionally take direct ownership of key products or releases.
  • Use data and experimentation to assess value, inform priorities and guide continuous improvement

Who We're Looking For
You're a confident, outcome-focused digital leader who can translate strategy into delivery. You combine technical awareness with commercial acumen and know how to inspire teams to deliver meaningful results.

You Bring

  • 5+ years leading digital product delivery in complex or matrix environments.
  • Proven success defining and executing product strategy and vision across multiple products.
  • Deep experience with agile ways of working and portfolio management.
  • Strong commercial grounding with the ability to connect digital delivery to business growth.
  • Hands-on experience working with D&T, vendors, and external delivery partners.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Understanding of SAP Commerce / Hybris, Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • A track record of developing people and embedding scalable, consistent ways of working.

It's not just what you know – it's how you work
At HEINEKEN, we value behaviours as much as technical expertise. You'll:

  • Lead with ownership, empathy and accountability.
  • Bring strategic thinking and operational discipline.
  • Communicate clearly and decisively.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
  • Foster curiosity, adaptability and continuous improvement.

We're committed to your growth too – this role offers scope to expand your influence and develop as a digital leader within HEINEKEN's On Trade business.

We embrace learning and growth, and we anticipate there is scope to develop in this role. You're also likely to bring experiences to this role that are not listed above – as long as you have a thirst for learning and development, not every box needs to be ticked when it comes to skillsets.

Our Ways of Working
Our office sites operate a hybrid model. You'll spend Tuesdays, Thursdays and one other day in the office and two days from home, although but you're more than welcome to come and work from the office on those days too.

The Good Stuff
In addition to your base salary, you'll also receive:

  • Discretionary Annual bonus
  • Benefits Allowance (15% of base salary)
  • Company funded Private Medical Healthcare
  • Double matched pension contributions (up to 10%)
  • 35 days holiday (with the opportunity to buy/sell)
  • A monthly case of our delicious ciders and beers
  • Exciting opportunities to develop your career

You'll also get the opportunity to join our colleague networks, in which people from across the business connect to help champion diversity, equity and inclusion, ensuring we're continuing to give people a voice.
