Who We Are Looking For
We're looking for an experienced HR Systems Manager to lead the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of our HR systems.
Sitting within the IT Applications team, you'll work closely with HR stakeholders to ensure our systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with operational needs. You'll manage day-to-day system performance, support change initiatives, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
As the technical lead on HR system projects, you'll partner with project managers, business analysts, and HR subject matter experts to implement and integrate new solutions. You'll also play a key role in maintaining data integrity, ensuring compliance, and enhancing reporting capabilities.
This is a full-time, home-working role, offering flexibility and autonomy while being central to our organisation's digital HR landscape—ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and delivering impactful change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of HR system projects
- Manage system performance and coordinate supplier relationships
- Support HR teams with system enhancements and change delivery
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and effective reporting
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing HR systems in a complex organisation
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project delivery skills
- Technical understanding of HRIS platforms and integrations
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
This is for a full-time role, 35 hours per week and the salary is £38,208.00 per annum.
