What to expect
The Banking Programme Manager is a senior member of the Transformation team, role always modelling the Post Office behaviours and demonstrating a Postmaster first mindset.
The Banking Programme Manager will lead on portfolios of change activity by leadings and delivering initiatives by overseeing the programme from end to end within our Financial Pillar. They will drive a culture of inclusion, continuous improvement, and high performance in the teams they lead, delivering and driving decision-making across the Business, Customers and Partners.

What you'll need to succeed
• Strong leadership skills and experience in driving forward programme change
• Experience leading Programmes within Financial, Banking or Insurance Sector.
• Experience of working with large-scale implementation estates.
• Ability to deal with significant levels of business complexity
• A business delivery focused outlook and strong all-round business acumen
• Ability to deal with financial complexity
• Experience in delivery of complex business focused change portfolio and programme management
• Cost efficiency and income generation programmes
