We're seeking a motivated and commercially minded Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Reading team. This client-facing role offers a fast-paced environment where you'll build and manage a portfolio of clients and candidates, helping businesses solve hiring challenges and supporting candidates in shaping their careers.

Description

· Working with household names such as Honda, RAC, Abbott Labs and more.

· Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates

· Source, screen and place top candidates into roles

· Build strong, strategic relationships through business development and networking

· Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on hiring trends and career development

· Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing team and work towards clear targets and KPIs

· Leverage Michael Page's extensive market insights and resources to enhance your recruitment success

Profile

· 12+ months experience within either recruitment (360 consultant) or an SDR role, with strong sales and business acumen, confident in Business Development

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commercial mindset

· Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by success and earning potential

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates

· A proactive, team-player attitude with a competitive edge
