About the role:
InPost is seeking experienced Nights Warehouse Operative's to join our dynamic Parcel Sorting Team at the Northampton depot. This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a leading company in the parcel delivery industry, renowned for supporting some of the UK's most prominent high street and online brands.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to handling parcels within a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to optimize sorting workflows and meet daily targets, helping to drive the success of our logistics operations.
Location: Unit 4 Mercury Dr, Northampton NN4 7JE
Shift Pattern: Any 5 in 7
Hours: 23:00pm - 07:30am
Salary: £14.25 per hour
What you'll be doing:
Supporting efficient and accurate processing of incoming parcels to ensure a smooth and timely flow through the warehouse.
Expertly identifying, scanning, and relabelling inbound items, verifying all goods meet strict quality and accuracy standards before entering storage or further processing.
Demonstrating versatility by manually sorting parcels with precision or operating advanced sorting equipment as required, adapting effectively to shifting operational priorities.
Actively contributing to a wide range of general warehouse responsibilities, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace that enhances productivity and operational excellence.
Unloading and staging incoming shipments with speed and accuracy within a fast-paced, collaborative team setting, ensuring all inbound materials are processed promptly while supporting a positive and motivated work environment.
