The Role

As part of our on-going global expansion strategy, Capco is growing its UK Data Practice in London. We are seeking talented and passionate Data Visualization Consultants with expertise in Power BI to support large-scale transformation projects for leading Financial Services clients. You'll work at the intersection of business, data and technology - helping clients unlock insight, optimize performance and tell stories through data.

What You'll Do
  • Design and develop engaging Power BI dashboards and data visualizations for financial services clients

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and impactful visual stories

  • Apply best practices in data storytelling, descriptive and diagnostic analytics and visual design

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, scalable analytics solutions

  • Lead workshops and training sessions to empower clients and internal teams to use data effectively

What We're Looking For
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, data modelling and Power Query

  • Experience building compelling, interactive dashboards for internal or external deployment

  • Ability to analyse and translate data into business-relevant insights

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Background in data analytics within financial services

Bonus Points For
  • Experience with Tableau, Qlik, Looker or similar tools

  • Familiarity with SQL, Python or R

  • Proven experience in management consulting or change delivery

  • Knowledge of AI-driven analytics or conversational analytics

  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in data practices
