World Mazza Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled and reliable multi-trade professional for works at a tenanted flat in Pentonville Road, London N1.

Works Required:

• Remove existing NEFF extractor fan and install new unit (supplied).
• Main bathroom:
• Remove tiles to access concealed shower valve
• Replace faulty shower valve with new thermostatic valve
• Re-tile, grout, and seal to a premium finish
• Test system

• En-suite bathroom:
• Same as above (tile removal, valve replacement, re-tiling, sealing, testing)

Requirements:

• Must be an experienced bathroom plumber with tiling skills
• Competent with thermostatic shower valves
• Able to work in a tenanted property with professionalism
• Must provide own tools
• Must be insured
• Must be available within the next 7–14 days
