About The Role
As a Paid Social Senior Executive, you will be instrumental in delivering best in class campaigns across major social platforms. You will be a key component in ensuring that campaigns are delivered against guarantees whilst further developing your skills and building your own reputation and relationships with suppliers, key internal stakeholders and clients.

You will work as part of a team to help deliver on the clients KPIs and help ensure that campaigns are bought correctly, reporting is done accurately and deadlines are met.

You will possess excellent communication skills and will be keen to develop relationships with suppliers, media owners and other departments within the agency. You will be confident with excel, have excellent numeracy skills and are open to learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of comprehensive paid social media strategies that align with client goals and objectives
  • Execute campaign activation across a variety of social platforms, ensuring adherence to campaign specifications and deadlines
  • Help monitor and optimise campaigns to improve key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, and conversion rates, ensuring that they meet client goals
  • Work closely with other members of the paid social team and other internal teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and deliverables and provide seamless campaign execution
  • Collect and analyse campaign performance data, preparing reports that highlight key metrics and outcomes
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients on paid social-related matters, providing updates and addressing any questions or concerns

About You

  • You have experience with activating campaigns in social platforms (Meta, TokTok etc.) and tools like Prisma and MediaOcean.
  • You demonstrate numerical and data analysis skills to interpret campaign performance metrics, address issues and make data-driven recommendations.
  • You are able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
  • You stay informed about emerging technologies, including AI and are open to exploring how automation and AI tools can enhance creativity, performance and efficiency in media.
  • You have experience interacting with clients to provide updates, address concerns and manage expectations.

Our
working pattern
for colleagues is to be present in the office three days a week at our offices in London with the other days available to work remotely. Let us know if you have any questions about our working pattern as part of your application and interview process.

Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that's in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
