Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Cleaner who preferably drives to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at our various sites.

Are you tired of performing the same tasks every day? Consider joining us, where we do not adhere to fixed cleaning schedules because each day presents new and varied assignments. You will be part of a dynamic team, typically consisting of 2 to 4 members, with team composition changing daily to keep the work environment fresh and engaging.

The position entails maintaining cleanliness on construction sites, including restrooms, welfare facilities, and newly constructed houses. Responsibilities also include cleaning offices, communal areas, public restrooms, and various domestic spaces. We also cover general cleans such as offices, factories and communal works.

Please be advised that possessing a valid CSCS card is a mandatory legal requirement for employment on construction sites with our company.

For our full time staff we offer a variable hours contract with the wage of £12.60 hour - £13.00 hour with opportunity for growth.

Full time hours: weekly starting at 7am from our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas both commercially and domestically

  • Clean windows manually or using the reach and wash system

  • Follow safety protocols (COSH) and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when needed

  • Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner

Requirements:

- CSCS card (REQUIRED)

  • Full UK or EU driving license (preferred)

  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques and best practices

  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, and carpet cleaners (training provided)

  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks

  • Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and carry heavy objects as needed

  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

  • communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors

  • English is not a requirement however, we encourage our team to have a basic understanding of the language.
