We are currently looking for a Security Concierge Officer to join our dedicated team working in Rossendale.

Officer Duties include:-

· Commitment to providing professional customer service.

· Providing a high visual profile to act as a deterrent and promote a safe working environment.

· Providing reports for outstanding health and safety issues and hazards, resolving risks and liaising with site management and the emergency services where required.

· Maintaining a log book, recording all incidents in written reports.

· Reporting all relevant issues to the Control Room.

· Controlling access/egress and maintaining signing in/out books.

· Responding to and addressing any alarm activations.

· Conducting internal and external patrols.

· Undertaking such other duties as may be reasonably required.

The Candidate will:-

· Must hold or obtain a valid Front Line SIA license (please note, an applicant cannot be employed until a license has been granted).

· Be able to provide a full 5 years work history.

· Have excellent time management skills.

· Have good written and communication skills.

· Be a team player with a 'can do' attitude.

· Be self-motivated and have the ability to work on your own initiative.

· Be confident and smart in appearance.

· Shift times are

• Monday: 16:30 to 20:00
• Tuesday: 16:30 to 20:45
• Wednesday: 16:30 to 20:45
• Thursday: 16:30 to 20:00
• Friday: 16:30 – 20:45
• Saturday: 08:45 to 14:15 (If any when requested)

· Ensure the company comply at all times with industry standards.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to prioritise workloads ensuring attention to detail is maintained.

· Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Pay: £12.21-£13.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
