WORK ASSIGNMENTS

  • Single point of contact for all Quality & Training systems related issues.

  • Develop and implement Ingevity UK Ltd Quality & Training system policies in line with group guidelines, ISO Standards and legal requirements.

  • Carry out Quality & Training systems reporting, providing regular KPI for review of systems and develop corrective actions accordingly.

  • Proactively s upport the Customer Complaints process & lead the Q uality N ear M iss initiative .

  • Maintaining the Document Control System.

  • Liaise as required with external parties including regulatory bodies regarding issues concerning the Ingevity UK Ltd Q uality & Training systems.

  • Develop, monitor, audit, and amend systems for the continual development of the Quality & Training management systems performance and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.

  • Develop and implement the quality, environmental and safety internal audit systems and manage the relating action plan.

  • Develop & deliver training courses by researching materials and deliver training either via Rapid Global , Safetyhub or directly

  • Assist in general administration duties within Ingevity UK, as agreed between EHSQ Manager and other departments .

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Independently perform work duties described above.

  • Assist EHSQ Manager in the objectives of the EHSQ Policy at Warrington Site .

  • Assure that the activities are carried out in accordance with Warrington Quality and EHSQ Management System .

AUTHORITY

  • The jobholders have full decision-making authority within the context of budget and priorities agreed with the EHSQ manager .

  • Full authority to stop any unsafe act or process that can harm individual or environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Should be or working towards a Chartered Member of the Chartered Quality Institute

  • IRCA Lead Auditor qualification or equivalent.

  • P rofessional or vocational qualification in training, or equivalent experience.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, confident, assertive, and the ability to work with personnel at all levels.

  • Previous experience in a chemical or process industries manufacturing plant would be an advantage

  • Competent in computer programmes such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint .
