Website Manager – Full Time (Cobham, Surrey)

We're looking for an experienced Website Manager to take charge of our online operations.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Cobham headquarters — perfect for someone with strong Shopify experience who's passionate about luxury fashion and e-commerce.

With boutiques in Cobham and Wimbledon and a thriving online store, Phoenix Style is one of the UK's most established luxury resale brands. We curate designer fashion, handbags and fine jewellery from labels including Chanel, Hermès and Zimmermann — redefining sustainable luxury with our "relove and restore" ethos.

The Role

You'll be responsible for running and optimising our Shopify website — ensuring every product, collection and campaign looks and performs beautifully.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing product uploads, pricing and tagging in Shopify

• Overseeing stock accuracy and website merchandising

• Coordinating product drops and online promotions

• Managing order fulfilment and returns with our store teams

• Tracking performance via Shopify analytics and identifying areas for growth

• (Desirable) Supporting listings on eBay and TikTok Shop

What We're Looking For

• Proven Shopify experience – essential

• Excellent attention to detail and organisation

• Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment

• A genuine love of fashion and interest in sustainability
