Salary: from £28,665 to £29,250

Gratuities are allocated on a points basis, depending on development tiers. Although variable, average levels are projected as being from £240 to £550 per month.

Led by Executive Head Chef Ollie Bridgwater (formerly of The Fat Duck), our Michelin-starred, 4 AA Rosette kitchen is a place of passion and purpose and prides itself on exquisite produce, bold flavours, and precise execution. Every team member plays a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, and we're now looking for a Kitchen Porter with energy, pride, and a great work ethic to support our dynamic brigade.

What You'll Be Doing as a Kitchen Porter:

  • Keeps our vibrant kitchen spotless and running smoothly.
  • Operates dishwashing equipment and manages kitchen waste.
  • Supports chefs with deliveries and basic prep when needed.
  • Maintains hygiene and safety standards with precision.
  • Acts as a reliable, upbeat presence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reports maintenance issues promptly.

What We're Looking For:

  • A hard-working team player with great attention to detail.
  • Someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys a buzzing kitchen.
  • A passion for cleanliness and presentation.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Previous kitchen porter experience in a fine dining setting is a bonus, but full training is provided.
