About the Role:

As a Shop Assistant, you will support the daily operations of our popular Brick Lane fashion boutique, ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience. You'll help with sales, merchandising, stock management, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to shoppers
  • Assist customers with sizing, styling, and product recommendations
  • Manage sales transactions using the POS system
  • Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and visually appealing
  • Replenish stock, manage inventory, and assist with deliveries
  • Support the team in achieving daily and weekly sales targets
  • Promote new arrivals, fashion trends, and store promotions

Requirements:

  • Previous retail, fashion sales, or customer service experience is preferred
  • Passion for fashion, style, and current clothing trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
