Part-time Dental Receptionist (With potential to become full time)

Warrior Square Dental Practice is a dental surgery that provides high quality dental care for the people in Hastings, St Leonards, Bexhill and surrounding areas. We are a privately owned mixed dental practice and have a friendly supportive team of staff.

Job Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers.

  • Monitor and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide administrative support to various clinician as needed
  • booking and Schedule appointments and manage calendars

  • Collect and handle payments.

  • Advise patients on treatments available

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable

Experience:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role required, Dental experience preferred.

- Proficient in data entry and administrative tasks

- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy

- Strong phone and face to face etiquette and communication skills

- Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications

- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
