Are you passionate about wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences? Orsett Hall Spa is seeking a warm, professional, and adaptable Spa Receptionist to join our dedicated team.

About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our spa guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience. This part-time role requires 24 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts across the week – including weekends – depending on business needs.

The ideal candidate will be confident working independently and stepping in to support the team during peak periods or when therapist cover is needed.

Hours: 24 hours per week, fully flexible across Monday to Sunday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a warm, professional welcome to all spa guests
  • Managing bookings, answering enquiries, and maintaining spa reception standards
  • Supporting the team with daily operations to ensure smooth guest journeys
  • Stepping in to deliver treatments when required (where qualified)

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Fully flexible availability across Monday to Sunday
  • Qualified in spa/beauty treatments (Level 2 or above)
  • Previous spa or wellness reception experience is highly desirable
  • A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Calm and professional under pressure, with a passion for delivering outstanding service
