We are recruiting an experienced Team Leader for our store in St Albans.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about team, capable of running the daily shift, motivating the team and delivering great customer service, whilst ensuring that high standards are met through out.

You would be responsible for opening and closing the business safely ensuring the team are in place and happy and that our customers enjoy their experience with us.

Must have previous Team Leader or Supervisor experience, a knowledge of food safety and shift planning. Great team spirit and high standards. Being Barista trained would be an advantage. We will train you up on all things Crepe.

Starting wage is from £ £13, depending on experience and you will be working between 20 and 30 hours a week.

We have a proven record of developing team members to store managers and head office positions, and if this is something you want – we're the company for you.
