Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across 2 sites ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces in designated areas including Office and Factory.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all assigned spaces, including restrooms, kitchens, offices, and communal areas
  • Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
  • Follow health and safety policies to ensure a secure working environment
  • Assist with waste disposal and recycling procedures
  • Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure coverage across all areas

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
  • Fluency in English to facilitate clear communication with colleagues and clients
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients and visitors
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively within the team and with management
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Organised, reliable, and punctual with a keen eye for detail
