Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Service Manager role located in Glasgow. The Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of the homecare services, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and supervise a team of carers. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, monitoring service quality, handling client inquiries, and ensuring effective communication between clients, their families, and the care team. The role also involves identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance care service delivery.

  • Proficiency in relevant administrative and IT tools to manage records and reports
  • Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or homecare environment
  • A valid driver's license may be required for the role
