Job Description:
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the bar & grill. You will work closely with the other Assistant Manager, General Manager, Bar & Kitchen teams, to ensure everything runs smoothly, from front-of-house service to back-of-house operations. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining our high standards and ensuring every guest has an outstanding experience.

  • Support the General Manager: Assist in managing daily operations, staff rotas, and stock
