Trafford Leisure is looking for passionate Level 2 Swimming Teachers (Swim England Qualified) to help shape the future of swimming in our community.

Location: Stretford

Salary: £16 per hour

Hours: We offer a range of shifts including 4pm-7pm during the week and Saturday mornings.

Job Type: This is a permanent contract position, which includes benefits such as paid holidays, pension contributions, and more.

The Role

We are looking for motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join our teams at an exciting period of change for Trafford Leisure.

To be successful in this role you must have a Level 2 qualification with Swim England.

In this role of Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for:

  • Teach and inspire swimmers of all levels
  • Track progress and award achievements
  • Keep equipment and spaces safe and clean
  • Manage your own diary and swimmer records
  • Work closely with schools, parents & the community
