Job Summary
Ollie Care is a growing, high-quality home care provider delivering compassionate, person-centred support to adults in their own homes. We pride ourselves on professionalism, reliability, and putting our service users at the heart of everything we do.
We are now recruiting Full-Time Healthcare Assistants to join our dedicated team. Because we provide care directly in people's homes, a full UK driving licence and access to your own car is essential.
What You'll Do
- Provide personal care and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation, medication prompts, and daily activities
- Support with mobility, housekeeping, and companionship
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate daily records
- Travel between service users' homes (paid mileage provided)
- Deliver high-quality, respectful, person-centred care

Requirements
- Full UK driving licence & your own vehicle – mandatory
- Right to work in the UK
- Good communication and reliability
- Passion for caring for others
- Experience in care is welcome but not essential – full training provided
