Circa £16,784 per annum (24 hours per week)​

We are looking for a proactive and organised Occupational Health Administrator to join our Occupational Health team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our occupational health and safety services, ensuring our employees and contractors receive the care and support they need.​  

What you'll be doing:  

​​- Acting as the first point of contact for occupational health queries via the Occupational Health Help Line.  

- Scheduling referrals and managing medical system data, including processing leavers.  

- Maintaining key databases including eye care, DSE, policies and procedures, and pre-employment medical questionnaires.  

- Providing flexible and timely administrative support across the Occupational Health & Safety function.  

- Supporting health promotion projects and producing documentation and presentations.  

- Liaising with internal stakeholders such as ER, Safety, and Pre-Hires.​ ​  

What does it take to be successful?  

​​- Proficient in Microsoft Office  

- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.  

- Ability to prioritise workload and solve problems independently.  

- Customer-focused with a methodical approach and attention to detail.​
