About the Role

As the Admin Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting the Clinical Manager and overseeing the day-to-day running of the admin team. You'll ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with service standards – helping the team deliver a safe, compassionate, and effective service to all users.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing daily leadership and support to the admin team
  • Managing team rotas, annual leave, and task allocation
  • Supporting onboarding, induction, and ongoing staff training
  • Auditing admin work and supporting continuous improvement
  • Assisting with reporting, investigations, and audits as required
  • Handling patient and stakeholder queries with professionalism and care
  • Maintaining accurate systems, data, and records (EMIS knowledge desirable)
  • Supporting compliance with KPIs and company policies

Key Responsibilities

About You

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has strong administrative experience, ideally in a healthcare or similar environment
  • Is confident leading and supporting a team
  • Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally
  • Has excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word essential)
  • Can work independently while contributing to a positive team culture
