Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Mobile Building Service Engineer Electrical bias located in North London and the surrounding areas.

Majority of our work is a the prestigious Croxley park and Stockley Business parks in Hertfordshire and Heathrow respectively.

The day-to-day tasks include maintaining building services, performing building maintenance, and electrical engineering activities including statutory M&E Health and safety tasks within a wide portfolio of Business and commercial parks, offices and educational facilities.

The role also involves ensuring compliance with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) schedules, addressing electrical service needs, troubleshooting issues, minor installations, repairs and coordinating with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of building services.

Must have good communication and written skills, a can do attitude, be willing to be flexible and assist other trades within our company

Qualifications and skills

  • Building Maintenance and Mechanical Electrical
  • Basic understanding of plumbing systems and repair an advantage.
  • Electrical Engineering maintenance, repair and installation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team on-site.
  • Experience building systems engineering.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Full driving licence
  • Level 3 electrical installation or equivalent qualification to become QS
  • 18th edition.
  • test and inspection or equivalent qualification to become QS
