We're hiring

We're a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic offering Physiotherapy, Osteopathy and Chiropractic care across three clinic locations in Buckinghamshire.

We're growing so are looking to bring in additional team members to supplement our front of house team. The role combines reception work with working on the admin side and basically mucking in with whatever is needed to help us run things and keeps the wheels rolling Specifically, you would be-

  • manning reception
  • some management of therapist diaries across our three clinics
  • dealing with patients as they come in
  • dealing with off the street enquiries
  • invoicing health insurance companies
  • helping reconcile end of days payments across the three clinics
  • dealing with email enquiries
  • handling practice admin and back end processes
  • keeping clinic and clinic rooms clean and stocked

The right person will live in or around Amersham where the role is based and have some experience in similar admin orientated roles. You will have a sunny personality, enjoy interacting with people face to face, on email and on the phone, be numerate (this is especially important), have a good attention to detail and be confident with technology (you will be using a practice management system and various web portals such as the stripe payments system - don't worry we can show you how to use all of these), be comfortable with excel and be comfortable navigating around and invoicing via various health insurance websites etc (again we will show you how to do this).

This is a part time role with shifts between 8.30am and 2.30pm.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 18 per week

Work Location: In person
