  • Alliance Management: Manage and grow existing partnerships; co-develop go-to-market campaigns and co-sell motions.
  • Industry Engagement: Represent Risk Ledger with industry bodies, regulatory groups, and cyber alliances to raise brand visibility and influence.
  • Revenue Contribution: Own and report on KPIs for partner-sourced pipeline, influence, and closed-won deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align partner efforts with business goals.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong knowledge of the UK cyber ecosystem, with existing relationships in consultancies, MSSPs, and security alliances.
  • Track record of building high-impact partnerships that contributed meaningfully to revenue growth.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial instincts and a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.

It would be an 'extra' if you had:

  • Familiarity with third-party risk management, supply chain security, or GRC platforms.
  • Experience working with public sector procurement and frameworks (e.g., G-Cloud, NCSC guidance).
  • Understanding of modern cybersecurity buying centres and their decision-making processes.
  • Previous experience expanding partnerships into the Nordics or US.
  • Bonus + Stock options
