Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Lead, based in London. In this position, you will oversee marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand growth and engagement. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing marketing plans, managing customer communication, and identifying sales opportunities. You will collaborate across teams to ensure campaigns align with company goals and foster strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Must Have:

Deep knowledge in Google Ads & Meta Ads, background in data lead marketing and outcomes. TikToc Ad and business page knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with stakeholders and team members effectively
  • Experience in market research and developing actionable insights
  • Background in sales and the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in marketing strategy and execution
  • Strong customer service orientation, ensuring excellent client experiences
  • Ability to work on-site in London and collaborate across diverse teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Familiarity with healthcare or clinic operations is a plus
