with strong experience in Investment banking

Job Description
The BA will be part of a team who is responsible for the development of innovative front-office applications supporting the e-Commerce of Equity Derivatives (EQD) and Fixed Income products.

Within this department, the Regulatory Sales Tools development team is responsible for the design and development of a number of applications that are integral to the sales desktop. Users of our systems are based in different divisions within our client organisation as well as their customer organisations. The wide range of products and stakeholders makes for a lot of variety in the projects. The applications are developed in London with testing performed in India.

The client has recently launched a significant programme of work and identified a number of opportunities to further enhance their digital offering.

Qualifications

  • Experience as BA/senior BA on the "end to end" delivery of a business capability.

  • Strong Stakeholder management and engagement

  • Ability to communicate with all levels and cross functional departments of the business as well as providing ideas, solutions based on market intel and to business recommendations.

  • Very experience with SQL

  • Experience as a Technical, Business, Systems or Functional Analyst

  • Good understanding of Trade and Transaction reporting especially in FI, FX and e-commerce.

  • Experience of .Net, Java, Python, are benefical but not essential

  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and regulations with experience of trade flows / systems

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities

  • Experience with testing, planning and execution
